The Human Resource Training Instructor plans, develops, coordinates and conducts all agency-sponsored training. Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and great public speaking abilities.


Associate’s degree. Two (2) years training and instructing along with human resource experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. Valid Alaska driver license, clean driving record, proof of insurance, TB skin test/health screening and the ability to pass a criminal background check.

Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources. Four (4) years training and instructing and human resource experience.
