The Case Manager oversees the provision of services and supports to individuals in accordance with each individual’s identified outcomes as well as The Arc’s Mission Statement and Guiding Values. This includes developing each individual’s Habilitation/Treatment Plan, assuring all documentation of service provision and assuring that services meet the goals and objectives as outlined in each planning document. The Case Manager is accountable to the person receiving supports, their team and the agency.


Required:Master’s Degree in Human Services or related field and minimum of two (2) years’ experience in the social services field. Minimum of one (1) year experience for Clinician I and two (2) years’ experience for Clinician II working with people who experience developmental and/or intellectual disabilities. Valid Alaska driver license, clean driving record, proof of insurance, continuous use of a vehicle, CPR/First Aid certification, current MANDT certification, TB vaccination/health screening and the ability to pass a criminal background check.

Preferred: LPC/LCSW License or able to work towards upon hire. Four (4) years’ experience in social services. Two (2) years’ experience for Clinician I or four (4) years’ experience for Clinician II working with people who experience developmental and/or intellectual disabilities.
