Position Title: CRM Application Specialist

Position Summary: This position will be responsible for the administration of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications. Duties include; monitoring end-user usage of systems and performs daily administrative tasks regarding the management, support and training for Line of Business software developed on the Microsoft CRM platform. This position will also be responsible for application enhancements and revisions; development of, and teaching with training materials; as well as collaborating with other IT staff on a variety of IT infrastructure, IT procedures/policies and IT business matters.
We are looking for a candidate with a mix of CRM technical skills along with IT capabilities to work collaboratively with staff on all IT business matters. Ideally, the successful candidate should have CRM programming and/or support skills or demonstrate the aptitude to learn the level of programming which would be required to make adjustments to existing CRM code for reporting purposes and workflow enhancements. Alternatively, the successful candidate will facilitate CRM programming modification for reporting and workflow enhancements with a Microsoft CRM programmer consultant.
Work schedule: The position is Anchorage-based with a flexible rotating schedule of 2 work weeks in Anchorage, one slope work week and 1 week off per/month. Other work related duties as assigned. This position is subject to Drug & Alcohol policies and testing including pre-employment, random, reasonable suspicion, post-accident and follow-up testing.

Minimum Qualifications Required:
- Demonstrated ability to learn and master technical detail related to CRM.
- Understanding of basic business processes (such as inventory, time entry, work order costs)
- 3 or more years of experience with Javascript, C#, MS SQL, Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server.
- Experience maintaining systems in a windows domain environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Documentation and presentation skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with high quality service delivery
- Self-directed and work effectively with minimal supervision
- Unassisted physical requirements: lifting up to 50 lbs; carrying up to 40 lbs
- Requires frequent walking, standing, sitting, reaching, keyboarding and occasional squatting and bending.

Desired Qualifications
- 4-year degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated ability to execute end to end projects. This includes identifying CRM project objectives, creating requirements design, managing schedules and facilitating testing
- Experience developing Microsoft CRM based solutions
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert MCSE
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer MCSD
