Full-time Employment

Position Summary:

Oversees The Administration, Human Resources And Shareholder Services. Position Has Responsibilities That Cross Several Departments And Requires The Ability To Think Strategically And The Ability To Plan For The Long-term Success Of The Organization. The Manager Of Administration Reports Directly To The Ceo.

Administration
• Direct The Management And Development Of Office Management Systems Including Administrative Support Processes And It.
• Establish, Manage And Maintain Required Corporate Filing Systems.
• Management Of Administrative Staff, Including Allocation Of Work And Responsibilities.
• Plan, Direct And Coordinate Office Support Services For Anchorage Office And Oversee The Support Services For The Mcgrath Office.
•oversee Shareholder Services Including Shareholder Records, Foundation Program Activities And The Preparation Of Public And Shareholder Relations Materials.
• Assists With The Preparation Of Board Meeting Materials.
• Coordinate And Direct All Required Administrative And Business Reporting Requirements, Such As Articles Of Incorporation, By-laws, Business Licenses, Etc. As Needed. Monitor Federal And State Regulations To Ensure Corporate Compliance.

Human Resources
• Manages Human Resources Activities And Develops Strategies That Support The Company In Achieving Its Overall Business Objectives.
• Advises Management Personnel Of Company Policy Regarding Shareholder Preference/ Equal Employment Opportunities, Compensation, Employee Benefits And All Human Resources Policies And Practices.
• Oversees And Manages The Work Of Human Resources Generalist. Encourages The Ongoing Development Of The Human Resources Generalist.
• Administers Performance Review Appraisal System To Ensure Effectiveness, Compliance, Timeliness And Equity Within Organization.
• Oversees Administration Of The Benefits Programs Including Medical, Dental, Life, Disability, 401(K).
• Manages Ethics And Employee Relations Investigations.

Education And Experience
• Bachelor's Degree In Business Or Related Field Required, Or A Combination Of Education And Work Experience Will Be Considered
• U.s. Citizen
• Experience Working In Government Contracting Industry Is Highly Desirable
• 5 Years' Experience As An Office Manager
• Supervisory Experience Required
• Computer Proficiency In Ms Office Software Applications
